I stumbled upon this dish in my food prep class at Rosen. It’s an amazingly delicious dish that’s really simple to make!
1.Preheat the oven to 450 F.
2. In a small saucepan, pour balsamic vinegar and sugar on low heat. Reduce to a thick consistency.
3. Slice the baguettes into rings. Slice tomatoes and cheese to the same size at the baguettes.
3.Brush some olive oil on the baguettes.
4.Put cheese on top of the tomato. Then put that on top of the baguette.
5. Put in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is semi-melted.
6. Take the baguette out and lightly pour the balsamic reduction on top.
7. Serve with herbs.
